Polaris Supreme Fish Reports

Night Bite

by Team Supreme, 5-11-2023

We departed yesterday morning on a 2 Day and our group is off to a great start. A couple good opportunities in the early evening led to 37 Bluefin on deck. The grade of fish is excellent. They range from 50-120lbs, with a number of fish over 100. There is a great sign of fish in the area and things are starting to look up.

Biting Bluefin

Conditions are making a change for the better. We had a couple decent shots at Bluefin up to 165lbs. We have a great group of anglers on the boat and are hoping for a few more opportunities.

Better Sign of Bluefin

by Team Supreme, 5-08-2023

A much better sign of Bluefin over the last couple days. We found several good spots of fish, but they only offered quick opportunities to get a bite before they moved on. We know the long hours at the rail in the dark can be taxing, but it is imperative that you’re ready when the opportunity comes. Getting a jig in the water quick can make the difference between limits style fishing and a tough trip.

Back at it this morning. Hoping to be on them this evening. Stay tuned.

3 Day Recap

by Team Supreme, 4-30-2023

The Bluefin were acting like Bluefin this trip. Call it a mood or what you want, but they just seemed unsettled over the last few days. Our group fished hard and we put a solid count together landing 83 fish for our trip. Back at this morning, hoping for more consistent conditions.

Steady Bluefin Action Continues

by Team Supreme, 4-26-2023

We departed on a 1.5 Day charter yesterday afternoon and it didn't take long to get it done. Captain Aliyar checked in with limits of Bluefin Tuna for our group. Most of the fish are in the 20-40lb range, with a few fish from 80-150lbs in the mix.

More of the Same Great Fishing

by Team Supreme, 4-25-2023

Never get tired of reporting on great fishing and nice weather. We returned from our 2 Day this morning with limits of Bluefin Tuna up to 150lbs! There are some opportunities at the larger fish, so be sure to come prepared with a variety of tackle. Captain Aliyar and crew have been working tirelessly through the night to put our groups on the fish. It's easy to assume that this fishing just happens, but it’s a testament to the skill and dedication of our Captain and crew.

Picking up Where We Left Off

by Team Supreme, 4-24-2023

We departed yesterday morning on a 2 Day and it didn't take long to get back on the fish. We had a productive night on the 60-80lb Bluefin with a few triple digit models mixed in. The big ones were around the 150lb mark. When the dust settled, we had limits for our first day.

3 Day Bluefin Limits

by Team Supreme, 4-23-2023

We returned from another great trip this morning. It feels like conditions are starting to settle in. We had nice weather and steady fishing all trip. Wrapped things up with limits of Bluefin Tuna. Went in search of some larger fish and it definitely paid off. Added 30 Bluefin from 60-150lbs before it was all said and done.

120-150LB Bluefin

by Team Supreme, 4-22-2023

Went looking for some larger models last night and it paid off. We landed 7 fish from 120-150lbs. It was a welcomed addition to our first two day’s worth of limits on the 20-60lb variety. We will spend the remainder of the day looking to round out our trip limits with some quality.
