Thursday Report


Thursday Offshore Update

  • The Tribute finished up their 1.5 Day with 47 Yellowtail up to 25lbs and 18 Bonito for their 14 Anglers. Captain Mike recommends flyline baits and colt sniper style jigs have been working great.

Thursday San Diego Full Day

  • The San Diego had another day of fantastic fishing at the Coronado Islands connecting with 83 Yellowtail and 74 Calico Bass! Flyline has been working great but also come prepared with a setup to fish the yo yo iron or dropper loop and if you like the surface iron there have been some shots as well.

Sea Watch 3/4 Day

  • The Sea Watch has had excellent Calico bass fishing recently, with a steady bite and plenty of quality fish caught throughout the trip. They are a definite run on the 3/4 Day tomorrow Friday 6/12. It has been very good mixed bag fishing with fun action on Calico Bass and some good shots at Yellowtail! Come prepared with a 20-30lb live bait setup or some plastics for the Calico Bass. Check the schedule and make those reservations.

New Seaforth 1/2 Day

  • The New Seaforth Calico bass bite and kelp bed fishing has been on fire recently with some Yellowtail and White Seabass making a showing as well! Come prepared with a 20-30lb live bait setup or some plastics for the Calico Bass. Make those reservations, spots can fill up fast! Rod rentals and licenses are available when you check in.

Twilight Trips

  • The New Seaforth's Wednesday evening Twilight Trip finished with 1 Yellowtail, 110 Calico Bass (limits) and 9 Barracuda for their 22 anglers. The Sea Watch will be running the Twilight trip this Friday and Saturday. They are a definite run for both days! Take advantage of the great bass fishing and book your spot today.
