10 day Open Return

Arrived home from our first 10 day of our fall season with a catch of Yellowtail, Yellowfin Tuna, and a some other miscellaneous fish. We started out with a great load of bait and good weather on the horizon and pointed south. Fishing in general was up to par but instead of steady action it was long periods of seeing and trying for non biting fish and then in the late afternoons it would come alive and be wide open. Atleast when the fishing was slow and we were in the hunt the weather was flat calm and a relaxing temperature. Probably the most memorable part of the trip was the Kelp Bass fishing along the beach where we released over 30 bad over 6lbs and up to 7lbs 8 ozs. Meals as usual were incredible and we got to enjoy the first seafood buffet of the season. Looking forward to seeing everyone next year.
