Yellowfin and Yellowtail

We spent one of our days targeting Yellowfin. We had a good shot at Yellowfin before first light but it was short lived. We managed to scratch away at a few more school sized fish throughout the day but it wasnt enough to keep us around. The following morning was spent up the beach looking for Yellowtail. We had an excellent shot at beautiful grade 18 to 25# fish. The Yellowtail were focused on dropper loops and Yo Yo jigs. We had half of a day of good action before our current died and the show was over. For dinner last night the chefs prepared the Seafood Buffet. It was an impressive spread with King Crab Legs, Oyster Bar, Shrimp Cocktail, Thai Style Pork Belly, Sashimi Platter, Clams, Rack of Lamb, Scallops and  Prime Rib. We decided to make a move and we will be traveling for the next couple days to put us in position to fish Bluefin for our last day. We will check in later.
