Catchy Tackle 15 Day

Bill Cavanaugh

Hi Gang,

We departed yesterday morning on our first long trip of the year, our annual Catchy Tackle 15 day. After loading bait, we cleared the point at 1100 and headed south. Our weather was surprisingly nice and we had little effect to our sea state from the tropical disturbance that made landfall below Cedros earlier in the day. Always great to fish with this group of guys and we are all very excited about being the first boat to fish the Hurricane Bank this year. Our chef Brian Torres amazed us all with his signiture first nights prime rib dinner. We have a good weather forecast for the rest of the week. The pictures attached are of us loading bait at the Everingham Bait receivers and of Pat's 87 pound yellowfin tuna from our last trip. Life is Good. Thanks for checking in, Captain Bill Cavanaugh and the Intrepid Team
