The Right Place At The Right Time

After a slow day yesterday, we had high hopes for the day's Yellowtail fishing. There is always uncertainty and second guessing as far as the right place to be when the sun comes up. With the help of my partner, who is guest Captain aboard the Excel, we were fortunate enough to be at that right place at the right time. When it got light, the 25-35lb Yellowtail were there and in an agressive biting mode. The combination of biting fish, excellent anglers and the right tackle only meant one thing - we got 'em. Tomorrow is a travel day because the zone between Yellowtail and Albacore is a desert.
