We are traveling south in search of kelps and other floating structure that would be holding Wahoo and Dorado. We were fortunate enough to get some nice grade Wahoo that were promptly filleted for dinner. Javier made everyone his famous Wahoo enchiladas and what a hit they were!! Tomorrow we will be on the hunt for Yellowfin Tuna. "The Intrepid Team"
