We scratched out another day on the Tuna grounds. There are still lots of schools of fish in the area and outside the area, but they do not want to bite very well. We managed to get another 40 Albacore and a Bluefin along with a handful of Dorado. Last night while making squid we had a school of nice Dorado charge the boat and create some exciting action. Our bonus catch for the night was a 38lb Escolar( or oil fish), caught on a squid and sinker rig. Tomorrow we will be in this area again in hopes that the Albacore will bite a little better than today. "The Intrepid Team"
