"The weather was absolutely perfect today," posted the Intrepid December 12, "with calm seas and a light breeze to keep the kites going. The fishing however, was on the slow side, but we still boated some beautiful Yellowfin. We did have several big losses for various reasons. The sign was still around they just didn't want to bite much except for early this morning and late this evening. Tonight we are getting all the flyers we want and have plenty of big fish under the boat, so we hope to finish with a big day tomorrow. Wish us luck."
