FISHING REPORT FROM CAPTAIN JOE!!!! MIRAGE fished Fri, Sat & Mon last week. They got blown out on Sat(1/2 fare were given back) and Sun was cancelled due bad weather. The Red Rockcod fishing has been excellent in the 250 to 350 feet range & found best grade quality fish. They were using 12 to 16 oz sinkers & jigs were working good too. Lingcod fishing were averaging 10 per trip. Mirage is scheduled till end of December. Rockcod & bottom fishing closure will be on January & February. Hopefully by March 1st, this up coming season will be as good as last season for the White Seabass & the Huge Barndoor. Please visit our website "miragesportfishing.com".
