Good afternoon Anglers. Sorry for the lack of reports, but to be honest, it's been a little on the slow side for us. We've caught a little bit of everything but haven't really loaded up on any one species. We started the trip off on the ridge where the 12-15# school sized tuna were available but most of what we were catching was going back in the water to live another day. After that we headed out to the Rocks where we found the water temperature had dropped four degrees pretty much overnight. We did catch a few wahoo and again that school sized tuna was available but we just didn't want to settle. We want bigger. Made the long run all the way down to the lower banks where we were fortunate enough to get three big bites. A 343 pound yellowfin for Uncle Rick, a 320 pound yellowfin for Jonathan, and a 319 pound yellowfin for Warren. All of those would be considered a fish of a lifetime. Congratulations. It sounds like the wahoo are making a showing today on the ridge so we are headed back up in flat calm weather to try and get a piece of the action. Everyone on board is feeling good and ready to yank and crank. Wish us luck....
