Fish Report for 10-17-2022

Yellows, Dorado and Wahoo
10-17-2022
Bill Cavanaugh
We started our day fishing the beach and we scratched together a nice morning on Yellows. Although we had very little current they didnt sseem to mind. The Yellowtail we caught was great grade mostly in the 16-22# range with some bigger. Once our fishing backed off we decided to make a move offshore and look for kelps. It took about an hour before we located a kelp that had good Dorado action and we also managed to score a few trophy sized Wahoo. The weather came up shortly after and we decided to go back in to the beach and we scratched away the rest of the day at more Yellows. A super fun and productive day. We are traveling North now to get in position for our future fishing days to come. We will check in later.
