   While much of our representation is done voluntarily at minimal expense by members… many issues facing us today DO require funding. Along with our affiliated Sportfishing Association of California, a recent battle with the Ca. Air Resources Board racked up a staggering $300K bill !!!
   GGFA has an 80+ year history. My former employer, mentor & friend - Roger Thomas - was president for nearly 40 of those years and the ripples of his passing in 2017 are still being felt to this day.
   BUT- we have an amazing, well rounded, up & coming board of directors, representation on multiple local, state and federal govt. boards and committees responsible for fisheries management & legislation… and influence that no individual angler could ever hope for.
    We have the power to fight for our fishing community… 
       BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP !!
