The Sea Wolf fished the islands yesterday in calming seas with hardly any wind but a leftover swell for 170 rockfish and 14 lingcod for our 17 anglers. We fished the islands again today with a slight breeze and light swell that produced a good bite of both rockfish and lingcod. Our day ended with 220 rockfish and 44 lingcod for our gang of anglers and crew. We’ll be fishing the islands again tomorrow and Monday before we get back to working on crab gear for our upcoming crab/rockfish combo season.
