Update of the last 2 days. Yesterday 4/12/19 we changed our trip to a bay trolling trip. We ended the day with 19 limits of bass and 1 halibut. Today 4/13/19 we had 23 anglers and ended our day with 8 around on the rockfish and 18 lingcod. It was our first costal trip and the rockfish would not bite anything too big. We covered a lot of ground and have an idea of what's out there now. We have changed tomorrows trip to a potluck due to weather. We will keep watching weather for weeks to come till the weather levels out.
