We have enjoyed the ride down because the company and the weather has been fantastic. It was encouraging to get scattered jigstrikes on smaller tuna over a 30 mi area as we straightlined down to our ultimate destination. The fish were a welcome break to the day as everyone had the opportunity to tug on a few.  Hopefully this area of fish continues to travel up the line as we need biting fish to move further up into our neck of the woods.
