Capt. Kiyohara brought the boat home early this morning to begin unloading their beautiful catch of fresh tuna. Most of the anglers make a date annually to be a part of the trip and this year was no exception... The guys were hardy, as they did not let the weather conditions keep them from fishing or spoil their good time and they had a bountiful catch on 100 - 200lb fish. Everyone is going home with plenty....thank you Planet.....for their sushi superbowl parties. A big thanks to Ben Frazier from Avet who was not able to be on the trip this year because of his commitment to running the Avet factory for the month, but he dutifully came down before the trip to make sure all the nice giveaways were onboard- ( including a nice big bag of Salas Lures ).... and to meet the boat when they returned for the Avet wrap up.
