The winter time fishing has been very good to the Oceanside Sea Center this year with a nice mix of sand bass, calico bass, sculpin and an occasional halibut or white seabass. The rockfish season opens this Friday March 1st, so hopefully we can add this to mix of already great fishing. In a lot of years, March not only lets us fish the rockfish and bass but some surface fish start to show such as yellowtail and barracuda. We are running half days trips daily aboard the Chubasco ll. Weekdays she departs at 10am and two trips a day on the weekends departing at 630am and 1230pm. Check us out at Oceanside Sea Center.
