The Chubasco2 returned from a half day today with 7 bonito, 56 red rock cod, 20 whitefish and 3 sheepshead. The last couple of days the bonito have been somewhat off the bite even though the water is flat, gorgeous deep blue and 66.5 degrees. They are still here, so come prepared with some jigs, #2 and 2/0 hooks(you never know when they will turn on again).
