Captain Ryan Bostian checked in with an audio update from the San Diego out of Seaforth Sportfishing in Mission Bay.  We just started fishing offshore trips recently.  Our first trip was on Sunday and we had instant success with limits of Yellowtail.  Monday we stumbled with a handful of Yellowtail and Bonito.  Today we have 5 Yellowtail and 2 Bluefin Tuna.  This is our first shot at Bluefin Tuna.  They are in the 25 to 75 pound range.  There are Bluefin of all sizes out here and you should be ready for anything.  The Flatfall outfits have been the ticket.  You can use 25 pound outfit for Yellowtail but you gotta have heavy outfits for the bigger bluefin.
