We were fortunate enough to start the trip off with beautiful weather. Our guys in the mast were able to take full advantage of this and almost made it seem easy to head us in the right direction. All morning we were running for some fish related sign and had a few stops that really paid off. We had great fishing on an absolute beautiful grade of fish. We ended up the day with 78 fish from 40-140lbs with the majority weighing in at 60-80lbs. We could not have asked for a better way to start the trip as everybody on board has a few of these gems in the sack.
