These bluefin are seriously starting to get on the bite!  The guys had limits of bft for their last three day trip.  The majority were 130-240#, with a few handfuls of 30 pounders thrown in for good measure!  Some kite fish, but primarily nocturnal jig action.  The hot rumor on the dock is that a gillnetter landed a bluefin the other day that dressed at 440#.  I didn't speak to him, but saw the picture on the internet so it must be true!  Actually, I think it probably is, and if it was indeed caught locally, would have weighed just shy of 500#.  Pretty exciting!
